A conversation engine, not a script player.
Four building blocks carry every conversation — from the first greeting to the evaluation afterwards.
1. Conversation design
Short, reactive sentences instead of a pitch dump. The agent responds to what's actually being said instead of working through a script — with prepared responses to typical objections.
2. Turn-taking
Semantic endpointing recognizes when someone has really finished speaking — not after a rigid number of milliseconds of silence. The agent doesn't interrupt, but also doesn't create unnecessary pauses.
3. Voice as identity
A cloned voice stays the same identity across languages — your brand sounds consistent in German, English, or French, not like different speakers.
4. Reliability
Every call is recorded, transcribed, and tagged with an outcome. Answering-machine detection, automatic hang-up on inactivity, and optional quality scoring per call.
How a conversation runs
The agent is guided to follow a clear conversation structure — opening, needs discovery, introduction, objection handling, close — and adapts naturally to the conversation within that structure.
